About This Program

Our residents train in diverse settings-an academic Level I trauma center, a VA hospital, a high-volume community hospital, and rural hospitals across Arizona. This unique combination exposes them to a wide range of pathology and surgical practice models. From complex tertiary care to resource-limited rural surgery, our graduates are prepared for any practice setting with the versatility, skill, and confidence to succeed.
