Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell Program
About This Program
The program offers 10 categorical positions per year, along with 2 preliminary positions at the PGY-1 level, for a total of 42 residents across all four years. Core training takes place at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH) and Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC)-two high-volume academic centers located just two miles apart. The Department has 6 fellowships. Residents participate in cadaver labs, student teaching, team-based simulation labs, extensive didactic and mentorship programs.
