About This Program
Since 1956, the GME program at UT Medical Center, Knoxville, has trained the next generation of physicians. The Department of Family Medicine provides broad-based training for full-scope family medicine practice. Residents gain experience in inpatient, outpatient, and OB care. Our supportive program emphasizes clinical excellence, research, and professional growth.
