University of Kansas (Wichita)/Via Christi Hospitals Wichita Program
About This Program
Our program's exceptional full-scope full-spectrum training empowers alumni to practice anywhere in the world from extremely rural sites to an urban setting. Our 3 year residency is OB-Fellowship equivalent thanks to our C-section training as the primary surgeon. L&D along with the Inpatient Peds floor and the Peds ICU are only staffed by our FM residents. We also have Sports Medicine and International Medicine Fellowships (with rural & international rotation options during residency).
