About This Program

The North Country HealthCare Family and Community Medicine Residency is a teaching health center program dedicated to training family physicians to provide high quality, affordable, accessible, comprehensive primary care to our diverse rural and underserved communities in an atmosphere of dignity, respect, and cultural humility. As an FQHC and AHEC, we are uniquely positioned to train residents in leadership, evidence-based medicine, and advocacy for the communities we serve.
